1.1. All bookings should be addressed to UAB NORLENDA, Mokyklos g. 7, LT– 15174 Vilniaus raj, Nemenčinė. E–mail: incoming@norlendatrip.lt

1.2. Bookings, cancellations and changes should be made in written form.

1.3. Booking for individual travelers (FIT) should include the following information: city, hotel, name of client, category of rooms, dates of arrival and departure and other requested services.

1.4. Booking for groups should include the following information: city, hotel, standard of accommodation, number of tourists, dates of stay, itinerary, means of transportation, time of arrival and departure.

1.5. Individual booking will be confirmed on the same day or within 24 hours.

1.6. Group booking will be confirmed within 3 days.
